Yard Sign Restrictions

Section 9B of Springmill Crossing's Declaration of Restrictions states that "No signs or advertisements shall be displayed or placed on any lot or structures in the Development without the prior written approval of the Committee except for real estate sales signs." 

SMX does not enforce this rule when it comes to school-related activities, such as signs that celebrate a family member participation on a school sports team or in a performing arts group, as this category is deemed "community building." 

Additionally, election and political signs are allowed under Indiana Code 32-21-13, but only for 30 days prior and 5 days after the election.
