The Hamilton Co. Drainage Board is responsible for maintaining drainage pipes in SMX. Visit the GIS map, and enter your address. Click Layer List, and select only "Hamilton Co. Drainage" to see what's closest to your home. The Board is responsible for all of the “purplish” drains on the map.
